Product and Service Statement

Smokin’ Threads recognizes that various factors can influence the longevity of our products, and therefore, we are unable to guarantee their lifespan. Due to the personalized nature of our offerings, all sales are considered final. However, mistakes can occasionally occur, and Smokin’ Threads retains the authority to assess and determine whether any imperfections in the apparel warrant replacement. If a replacement is deemed necessary, the item must retain its tag(s), remain unwashed and undried, and show no signs of wear or tear.

While we pride ourselves on utilizing high-quality materials, some items may wear out earlier than anticipated. Additionally, the longevity of products can be influenced by washing, drying methods, and the extent of wear and tear they experience. Unforeseen circumstances can affect printing or embroidery, and therefore, we reserve the right to make modifications when necessary, always in the best interest of our clients.

 

Payment

Full payment is required at the commencement of the order placement process. The order queue will be organized based on the order in which clients have made full payment of their invoices.

 

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel an order, we kindly ask that you submit your cancellation in writing, with email being an acceptable means of communication. A restocking fee of 25% will be applicable to all apparel orders that have already been processed. Please note that fees associated with digitizing and vectorization are non-refundable in lieu of a cancellation. Failure to adhere to this cancellation policy grants Smokin’ Threads the right to retain the entire invoice amount paid.
